Part Time Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present the Substance Use Prevention Program(SUPP)

educational program to Tazewell County youth.

• Use best practices and evidence-based programs to target and impact the health of
• Conduct student surveys to assess healthy
• Prepare and disseminates educational and informational materials to parents and community
• Develop and maintain collaboration among school personnel and partner agencies.
• Implement community awareness
• Assist in compiling and preparing program statistics and
• Actively work toward the division's goals, objectives, and quality improvement plans.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Community Health Education, Education, or related field required
• 1 year experience preferred
