Support Professional

Appointed by the Director of Court Services and under the direct supervision of a departmental chief, this position is responsible for typing and entering documentation and caseload data into the computer, making and processing files for all cases, answering the telephone, receiving clients, processing mail, learning and applying legal terminology, and keeping information confidential.
